About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reviewing source materials, including clinical trial protocols and relevant external sources
  • Developing scripts and visuals that are scientifically accurate, technically precise, and clearly aligned with client needs
  • Collaborating closely with graphic designers to develop engaging materials, including mechanism of action animations and eligibility criteria case studies for Health Care Professionals
  • Developing clear and informative content for potential Clinical Trial Participants, helping them understand the clinical trial and what taking part may involve
  • Creating content and storyboards related to disease pathophysiology and drug mechanisms of action for our high-quality educational products
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to identify potential improvements and innovative approaches to the design and development of training products within FIRECREST

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree with 1–2 years industry experience or Doctorate (academic) in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong research skills and prior experience creating original medical or science-based content for multiple audiences
  • Evidence of strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, for example through publications or presentations
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines, taking ownership of assigned deliverables
  • Demonstrated teamworking skills, including experience reviewing content and providing feedback to peers, and the willingness to incorporate peer feedback into your own work
  • Desirable: Knowledge of clinical trials, clinical trial documentation, and applicable regulations
  • Marketing awareness, with experience developing campaign concepts and creative themes
  • Awareness of AI capabilities, with experience applying AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and content quality
