About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain all relevant clinical project documents and tools
- Ensure compliance with company, regulatory and customer requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison for clinical activities and team issues
- Lead a team of Clinical Operations colleagues
- Work with the Project Manager to build and foster the client relationship
- Provide data for clinical performance metrics and project status metrics
- Focus on proactive risk identification and management
- Liaise with Clinical Operations Managers to resolve resource and performance issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant degree or be a licensed health-care professional
- Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP
- Awareness of local and international regulatory authority regulations
- Considerable amount of experience in clinical research / clinical operations
- At least several years’ experience of managing clinical projects
- Experience in leading a clinical team to successful project delivery
- Finance management and forecasting skills
