About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing and executing validation strategies and plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify validation requirements and address data quality issues.
- Overseeing the review and analysis of validation results to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
- Providing strategic guidance on validation methodologies and improvements to enhance data reliability.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support validation efforts and drive best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, data science, or statistics.
- Extensive experience in clinical data validation, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and validation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to manage complex validation projects effectively.
- Expertise in data analysis and validation tools, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive quality improvements within a complex organization.
