Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to talent acquisition and recruitment activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Experience in talent acquisition within the healthcare or clinical research industry, with a focus on strategic recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, with a solid understanding of data analysis
  • A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition efforts
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and policies
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 20%)
