Project Manager, IRT
ICON plcProject Manager overseeing IRT system activities in a dynamic clinical research environment at ICON plc. Responsible for timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring project success.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build relationships both internally and externally, driving IRT activities across multiple studies to stay within timeline and budget.
- Facilitate meetings, manage timelines, provide input into requirement designs, control budget, proactively communicate to key stakeholders including sponsors, identify risks, create appropriate action plans, and provide detailed oversight of all activities such as data changes and system updates during the maintenance phase.
- Assess and communicate effectively with clients while balancing multiple priorities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Clinical Research or IRT services
- Minimum of 4+ years Project Management experience
- Must be fluent in Microsoft products and software
- Ability to travel at least 10%.
