About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal teams and external partners
Organise and host monthly events and meetings
Manage administrative tasks, including preparing speaker notes and liaising with key contributors
Provide content support across communication materials
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
Lead meeting logistics, including agenda planning and follow‑up actions
Prepare monthly client reports and track project progress

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline
Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and terminology
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
