Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Provide recommendations to enhance sourcing processes and improve the candidate experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on sourcing
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, accurate turnaround environment.
