HR Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acting as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, performance, and organisational changes.
- Managing employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution in line with company policies and local legislation.
- Supporting talent management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, development planning, and succession discussions.
- Implementing HR programmes and initiatives that support engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Advising on compensation, benefits, and reward practices in partnership with specialist HR teams.
- Using HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.
- Significant HR generalist experience, preferably within an international, matrixed organisation.
- Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
