About the role
- Develop engaging, professional, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate clinical trial strategies to a variety of audiences.
- Work closely with the scientific, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure the presentation accurately reflects the data, is scientifically accurate, and follows the organization's brand and style guidelines.
- Tailor presentation designs to suit different types of clinical research clients, including biotech, large pharma, and functional service providerships as well as other business units.
- Ensure that the slides are visually appealing, using proper typography, color schemes, icons, and imagery to improve understanding while maintaining scientific rigor and professionalism.
- Ensure all presentations follow consistent branding, style, and formatting guidelines, aligning with the CRO’s corporate identity and ensuring clarity and consistency across all materials.
- Transform complex clinical data into easily digestible charts, graphs, and visuals, enhancing audience comprehension and engagement.
- Proofread and edit presentations to ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and properly formatted before delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality presentations on tight deadlines in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in designing professional PowerPoint presentations, preferably in the life sciences, clinical research, or healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in designing data-driven, science-heavy presentations with an ability to simplify complex concepts and data.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with clinical research terminology, processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and able to offer innovative ideas while working within a structured environment.
