Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of COA projects, ensuring alignment with Industry standards & regulatory requirements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and technology specialists, to define scope, timelines and deliverables
Managing relationships with language services providers and translation vendors
Developing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, while monitoring progress to ensure successful COA project outcomes
Facilitating communication and stakeholder engagement to promote collaboration and address any project-related challenges
Staying current with Industry trends and advancements in patient care technologies to drive innovation and improve project deliveries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life science, linguistic project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in COA/translation project management, clinical research, translation and localization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines, with high quality standards
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all project-related activities.
Fluency in English is essential, any additional language would be a strong asset
Strong technical skills, familiarity with translation management systems and CAT tools.
