Provides assistance to internal and external clients with focus on ensuring quality, efficiency and improved profitability.
Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to inquiries, suggestions and requests.
Resolves complex customer inquiries and requests appropriately and efficiently maintaining strong client relationships.
Perform project support activities in a manner that is in adherence with ICON SOPs and appropriate regulations.
Resolve critical/complex requests made by ICON HelpDesk.
Provide critical input to Project Management for proactive resolutions and improvements.
Liaise with internal and external clients on project support related matters.
Maintain confidentiality of project information as appropriate.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Clinical Domain / Clinical Trial
Bachelor degree completed - Administration, Engineering, International Business or related.
Customer service oriented and able to communicate efficiently in English.
English advanced
SQL knowledge, desirable but not a must.
At least 1 year of experience working projects or administrative roles.
