About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and handling voicemail inquiries.
  • Booking, canceling, and rescheduling patient appointments.
  • Collecting and updating demographic and insurance information, verifying patient eligibility, and registering new patients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual - Spanish Required
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Healthcare Experience a Plus!
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with a focus on empathy, professional phone etiquette, and clear diction.
  • Comfort with technology including phone systems, email, documentation management systems, EHR systems
