Account Manager
iClassPro - Class Management SoftwareAccount Manager managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring satisfaction at iClassPro. Serving youth activity businesses with class management software solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively sell iClassPro to swim schools, gyms, dance studios, cheer programs, camps, and other youth activity businesses across Australia
- Own the full customer journey for new accounts, from first conversation through onboarding and into long-term success
- Lead onboarding for the accounts you close, ensuring customers are fully set up, trained, and confident using the platform
- Build trusted relationships with owners and operators, understanding their goals and helping them use iClassPro to achieve them
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities when appropriate and in the customer’s best interest
- Partner closely with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback, trends, and ideas for improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in youth activity industry strongly preferred
- Experience in sales, account management, customer success, and/or onboarding in a SaaS or service-based environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of organization, follow-through, and ownership over your work
- Comfort managing multiple accounts and priorities at once
- A consultative mindset. You focus on solving problems, not just closing deals
- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in and help where needed.
