About the role
- Design, review, and implement ethics and compliance policies, frameworks, and procedures.
- Implement the company's compliance programs and initiatives.
- Keep track of regulatory developments globally.
- Manage and lead multiple compliance projects simultaneously.
- Utilize AI tools, data analytics, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote compliance initiatives and training.
- Develop, deliver, and enhance compliance training and communication materials.
- Identify creative and practical solutions for regulatory challenges.
Requirements
- Law degree or another relevant academic degree from a reputed institute.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in compliance.
- Experience in a global organization is an advantage.
- Team player with great people skills.
- Proven high learning capacity and ability to master compliance domains quickly.
- Proven ability to work with AI tools, automation platforms, and innovative technologies.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- A 'Creative Problem Solver' mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
