About the role

  • Plan and coordinate all stages of events, from concept to execution, including briefings, schedules, budgets, vendors, and on-site operations
  • Manage agencies and partners (production, set design, audiovisual, promotional items, communications, etc.)
  • Ensure events reflect the brand strategy and positioning, enhancing the audience experience
  • Oversee vendor negotiations, contracting and payments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets
  • Conduct site visits, complete checklists, and perform follow-ups with all involved departments
  • Coordinate logistics, setup, teardown, and event operations with vendors, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, and safety standards
  • Support the development of pre-, during-, and post-event communication plans in partnership with the Communications team
  • Lead internal and external teams during execution, ensuring quality and safety standards
  • Assist in measuring results and preparing post-event reports (KPIs, lessons learned, and improvements)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Events, or a related field
  • Experience in planning and executing large-scale corporate events (national and/or regional)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for occasional travel and on-site event support
  • Previous experience at large companies or multinationals (advantageous)
  • Experience with technical events and/or the agribusiness sector (advantageous)
  • Intermediate or advanced English (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of project management tools and budget spreadsheets (advantageous)
