About the role
- Coordinate and manage CX training programs, including Service Excellence workshops
- Liaise with third-party consultants and internal stakeholders
- Collect and analyze participant feedback
- Lead the data collection and cleansing process for product and raw material database
- Ensure timely submission of data by relevant data owners
- Serve as a key user of the CO₂ Emission system
Requirements
- Currently a 2nd-3rd year student in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering & Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Studies)
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
- Technologically oriented, with a curiosity for digital tools and process innovation
