About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with customers to understand and document data requirements for analysis and reporting
Gather data from primary and secondary sources, following data management best practices
Work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis
Identify and correct data errors and inconsistencies
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships and interpret results
Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids for decision-making
Collaborate with data governance teams and stakeholders to maintain data accuracy during ingestion and transformation
Partner with development teams to translate requirements and conduct QA on final products
Participate in regular agile meetings with development and governance teams
Manage user accounts, including roles, permissions, and security settings
Own business processes end-to-end and lead identification and implementation of best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience with data analytics tools such as Snowflake or similar tools
2+ years of experience capturing data requirements and analyzing data
2+ years of experience using SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office, or similar systems
1+ years of experience using SQL and working with databases or data platforms
US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to federal contract requirements
Must be able to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance
Must reside in the United States and perform the work in the United States
Experience with data visualization technologies such as Power BI, including developing reports and dashboards
Experience with tools such as ServiceNow
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within one or more teams
Excellent time management, organizational, and reporting skills
Ability to analyze existing system documentation and summarize functionality
