About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent;
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences;
- Implement REST/SOAP integrations;
- Support releases, testing, and upgrades;
- Enforce platform governance and quality standards;
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- 7+ years of software development experience
- 4+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
- 3+ years' experience in CSM or ITSM with deployed Custom Application Development
- US Citizenship is required.
- Must reside in the United States (U.S.).
