About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Documenting operational processes and implementing streamlined processes where applicable
- Maintaining and updating shared files, resources, and program documents to ensure all program staff has access to the latest versions of materials
- Helping to develop process improvements and/or automation
- Assisting with data collection and data analysis
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking and project management
- Assisting in preparation of internal and client deliverables, including submission of invoices to eTrack
- Solving quantitative and qualitative problems
- Coordinating and collaborating with program implementation team members as well as other departments such as Marketing, IT, and Customer Care
- Ensuring key performance indicators are met by continuous review of operational success
- Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Information Technology, Environment, or related subject)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office highly preferred (specifically Excel)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and detail-orientation skills
- Ability to carry out oral and written instructions thoroughly
- Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
- Interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- Energy efficiency program implementation experience
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills
