About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the clinical lead for technical assistance, training, and practice transformation activities, ensuring the clinical accuracy and quality of all project deliverables.
Provide direct technical assistance, coaching, consultation, and academic detailing to healthcare organizations, clinical leaders, and care teams.
Lead the development and delivery of webinars, Communities of Practice, peer learning initiatives, workshops, office hours, and other clinical learning activities.
Provide expertise on chronic disease prevention and management, care workflow integration, quality improvement, and evidence-based clinical practices.
Advise healthcare organizations on the adoption and integration of digital health technologies, remote patient monitoring solutions, wearable devices, and patient-generated health data into clinical workflows.
Translate clinical guidelines and emerging best practices into practical tools, resources, and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design innovative technical assistance approaches that support organizational change and improved patient outcomes.
Support quality assurance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts across project activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctoral degree in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or a closely related clinical field (MD, DO, DNP, PharmD, or equivalent).
A Master's degree combined with extensive relevant clinical technical assistance experience will also be considered.
Minimum seven (7) years of clinical practice or clinical program experience, including direct experience supporting chronic disease management in primary care, community health, or other healthcare settings.
Minimum five (5) years of experience providing clinical technical assistance, quality improvement support, practice transformation assistance, or provider education to healthcare organizations.
Experience supporting the implementation of technology-enabled care models, including remote monitoring tools, patient-generated health data, wearable technologies, or related digital health solutions.
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering clinical training, technical assistance, coaching, or professional education programs.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
