Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain project forecasts to assist the project team with effective financial planning.
Work side-by-side with Project Managers as the Finance Representative on project teams.
Build collaborative relationships with various ICF departments.
Communicate with management regarding financial results and risks.
Review and manage project monthly revenue recognition procedures, in accordance with GAAP.
Prepare and analyze project forecasting, including EAC and ETC.
Set up and maintain projects in ERP (Deltek Costpoint).
Assure data quality and ensure timely invoice processing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a similar project finance role with a Federal Government contractor
5+ years of experience with an ERP system
5+ years of experience using MS Office applications, including advanced Excel, e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related disciplines (preferred)
