About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain strong relationships with state education agencies and clients
- Conduct needs assessments and develop technical assistance
- Monitor and course correct technical assistance as needed

Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctorate in education, social sciences, public administration, or related subjects
- 10+ years of experience in K-12 education policies, regulations, and systems
- 10+ years of experience developing and delivering technical assistance to state and district educators
- 10+ years of experience conducting needs assessments
- 7+ years working with MS Office and other standard office applications
- 5+ years experience directing or managing large-scale federal grants or contracts
- 3+ years managing teams of up to 40 people
