About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide research, analysis, technical writing, and reporting on specific technical issues.
  • Collect and analyze data for modeling or analytic projects.
  • Create maps of energy infrastructure and dependencies and be able to explain those dependencies.
  • Monitor markets and the key regulatory bodies to identify the prospects of changes in regulations and other market-related developments that may affect the nation's infrastructure.
  • Create written documents that convey key analytic findings for distribution to internal/external clients and/or present findings verbally to clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related subjects
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience with electricity, petroleum, and natural gas markets and/or infrastructure.
  • Experience with energy supply chains, especially electricity infrastructure and market dynamics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
