Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning and execution of work for two cross-functional delivery teams focused on modernizing existing state and federal digital services and websites.
Work closely with team members and clients to help prioritize deliverables based on agreed-upon roadmaps.
Coordinate releases, track dependencies, and ensure work stays aligned to timelines and desired outcomes.
Strengthen how teams operate: refining intake and prioritization, improving Agile ceremonies, clarifying roles and decision paths.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
5+ years project management experience leading digital development efforts
At least 1 year working with Drupal or other open source applications
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Must be a US Citizen, required by the federal government client.
