About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand and document the business outcomes and functional requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions to align with the designed requirements
Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow
Assist architects and senior developers in the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications
Create detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, data schemas, and other technical decisions
Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience
Support end-user training to ensure a smooth adoption of the implemented solution
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certification CSA
U.S. Citizenship with a Secret Clearance or a DHS Public Trust.
1+ years of experience in ServiceNow Modules, App Engine and Scoped Apps.
1+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
US Citizen due to federal contract requirements.
Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.).
