Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic partner to both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Lead the analysis, documentation, prioritization, and delivery of business and system requirements.
Facilitate collaboration across teams and drive clarity in requirements.
Coordinate testing efforts and support the delivery of high-quality functionality within each sprint cycle.
Mentor junior analysts and support prioritization and planning activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of demonstrated experience in business analysis within an Agile environment.
3+ years of proven ability to lead requirements sessions, mentor junior staff, and manage cross-team collaboration.
2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
US Citizenship is required.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States as this work is for a federal contract.
