Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy, economics, public policy, data science, or related field
2+ years of relevant experience supporting utility, energy, or related clients
Experience supporting utility or energy clients in DSM, demand response, flexible load management, beneficial electrification, or distributed energy resources
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
Familiarity with DER technologies (heat pumps, water heating, storage, EV/managed charging, DR enablement)
Demonstrated project and resource management
