About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the Agile leader and coach for a SAFe Agile Release Train supporting federal programs
Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt (I&A) events
Serve as a Release Manager, orchestrating after hours production deployments with technical team members
Partner with Product Management, System Architects, and government stakeholders to align delivery with mission objectives and contractual requirements
Track and manage program-level dependencies, risks, impediments, and milestones
Ensure transparency and visibility into program execution using Agile metrics and reporting
Coach teams on SAFe, Agile, and Lean principles while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Support compliance with federal standards, including security, reporting, and documentation requirements
Coordinate cross-team delivery, release planning, and integration activities
Facilitate communication between technical teams, business owners, and government leadership
Support tool configuration and best practices for Agile lifecycle management platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, or technical leadership
2+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, or senior Scrum Master
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.)
