About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning and execution of technology implementation programs from initiation through deployment.
- Develop program roadmaps, implementation schedules, and delivery milestones to ensure successful program execution.
- Monitor program progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery timelines.
- Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements to ensure solutions meet operational and technical needs.
- Serve as a primary liaison between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements, resolve implementation challenges, and maintain program alignment.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful system integration and deployment.
- Establish and maintain implementation frameworks, delivery tracking mechanisms, and communication cadences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
- 10+ years of program and people management experience, leading multiple teams.
- 6+ years of experience with release and configuration management of IT projects.
- 5+ years of experience supporting federal clients on IT / software projects.
- M.S. in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 12+ years of experience managing complex programs, technology implementations, or large-scale initiatives (preferred).
- Experience with low-code, no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, and ServiceNow (preferred).
