About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact with DCSA leadership and the COR
Lead day-to-day program operations
Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and performance metrics
Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and personnel performance
Ensure compliance with federal regulations
Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings
Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment
Manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and track resources
Actively communicate with clients to understand their needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing complex federal or DoW programs (10+ years)
Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field
Active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
Project Management Professional Certification
2 years’ experience working with DCSA
5 years’ experience with cloud platforms in AWS
2 years’ experience with analytical and visualization software packages (such as QuickSight, PowerBI, Tableau, GIS software)
