About the role
- Create test scripts to accurately evaluate all functional criteria
- Provide detailed documentation of testing results for all stories and features
- Author UAT scripts and assist in UAT facilitation
- Work with end users to troubleshoot issues during UAT
- Work closely with development team and clients to understand functionality, communicate testing results, and at times demo functionality to users
- Work an agile framework, collaborating with other quality assurance testers, business analysts, developers, training team, and product owner to ensure solutions meet client needs with the highest quality.
- Test integrations
- Work with Senior QAs to assist as needed
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
- Active Public Trust Clearance (any agency)
- Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
- 3+ Years experience in quality assurance testing
- 2+ years experience reviewing and analyzing data and documentation related to system quality.
- 2+ years experience authoring test scripts
- 2+ years experience testing all product backlog items (stories and tasks) and providing pass/fail documentation for each product backlog item
- 1+ years experience working in an agile environment
- 1+ Experience creating test scripts for UAT
