About the role
- Serves as a leader on federal client engagements
- Shapes the Agile team and processes for success and drives the backlog of work
- Uncovers and articulates the needs and goals of the client organization
- Collaborates with a variety of internal and external experts
- Generates clear and compelling artifacts to explain the product vision, strategy, and high-level requirements
- Manages and plans Agile work across multiple workstreams
- Is a team player with excellent problem-solving and consensus-building skills
- Contributes to the product practice by building relationships across the company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in a digital product delivery role
- 3+ years direct product management or product strategy experience on an Agile team
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, must reside in the United States
- 2+ years experience in a professional consulting role
- 1+ years experience leading virtual workshops that employ human-centered design, design thinking, or generative brainstorming techniques
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Professional experience on integrated cross-functional Agile teams that include user research and UX design SMEs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Mural
