Create and maintain datasets from disparate data sources and provide analysis thereof using SQL and Tableau
Balance technical data architecture and data flows with end user UX best practices
Manage data visualization life cycles. Working in an Agile environment
Simplify complex ideas to stakeholders at various levels (e.g. explain technical solutions in a manner that matches the audience)
Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
Ability to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level

Requirements

US Citizenship is required by the federal government for this position
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
Bachelor's degree in technological or related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
7 years' experience creating and maintaining Data Visualization Dashboards
5 years' experience creating and maintaining Tableau Dashboards.
Demonstrated experience working with federal agencies (preferred)
Experience with backend SQL Server management (preferred)
Strong understanding of relational database and data warehousing concepts (e.g. OLAP, dimensional modeling) (preferred)
Extensive experience dashboarding (building out from scratch and adding new features) (preferred)
Any additional Data Science or Statistical Modeling experience (welcomed)
Secret Clearance (preferred but not required)
Intermediate skills with SQL and basic statistics
Expertise in creating Tableau visualizations and dashboards
Strong technical communication skills; both written and verbal.
Experience with tools and technologies: Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Tableau Server, Postgres SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power BI, Teams, Azure, Python.
