About the role
- Customize and maintain the case tracking system
- Integrate external systems with SharePoint
- Automate data synchronization across platforms
- Design and maintain SharePoint sites and forms
- Develop automated workflows for process efficiency
- Manage permissions and data governance in SharePoint
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance
- Collaborate with program teams and IT for requirements
- Develop documentation and user guides for systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of intermediate experience documenting system requirements and customizing technology solutions
- 3+ years experience working with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online development
- Advanced experience with Power Automate
- Understanding of data structures, workflows, and business process automation.
