About the role

  • Work closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions
  • Facilitate data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow
  • Assist architects and senior developers in the integration of ServiceNow with other systems
  • Create detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, data schemas, and other technical decisions
  • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations
  • Support end-user training
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations
  • Adhere to security best practices and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • ServiceNow Mainline certification with preference for ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Hands-on experience (>480 hours each) configuring or building 1-3 ServiceNow applications
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
