About the role
- Lead team of data collectors in call center
- Manage and direct all contract personnel
- Discuss technical and administrative issues with clients
- Ensure contract security and confidentiality
- Conduct regular performance evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent
- Minimum of five years’ experience in management of large-scale call centers
- Minimum three-year experience in developing performance metrics
- 1 to 3 years of experience in using CATI software and phone systems
- Must be able to successfully complete the Department of Personnel Suitability and Security Clearance Process
