About the role
- Support the vision and strategy established by project leadership in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, team members, and stakeholders to understand user needs to drive UX writing and content strategy decisions
- Guide decisions about information architecture, information hierarchy, and content design
- Author copy for UI designs and other documentation
- Create deliverables with an iterative and audience-centered approach to draft, revise, and edit communication deliverables
- Use content strategy methods to improve user experience and interpret user research to drive content decisions
- Manage draft, approval, and publishing processes through content management systems
- Clearly communicate content strategy, development approach, and rationale of decisions with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in UX writing, content strategy experience, or related field
- Able to provide a portfolio of work products demonstrating your approach and deliverables
- Candidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US
- Candidate must have resided in the US for 3 of the last 5 years
- Candidate must be eligible for Federal public trust clearance
