About the role
- Develop user interfaces to manage and monitor ICEYE's entire satellite fleet
- Create tools for overseeing and managing satellite schedules
- Visualize orbits and support mission planning workflows
- Observe and manage ground station connections and integrations
- Handle satellite and ground station configurations
- Integrate with multiple REST and GraphQL APIs to deliver reliable tools
- Engineer solutions for usability, scalability, and robustness in production
- Deliver performant, well-tested, and user-friendly frontend systems
- Collaborate closely with designers to ensure seamless user experiences
- Employ automated testing, continuous delivery, and modern frontend tooling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years of frontend engineering work experience
- Excellent knowledge and experience in React and TypeScript
- Solid expertise with CSS and preprocessors
- Strong capability to work with REST APIs and GraphQL
- Ability to balance writing high-quality code with business needs
- Familiarity with React Query, Ant Design, Playwright, and Vite (advantage)
- Experience in writing automated tests for frontend systems (advantage)
- Experience with Git, GitHub and GitHub Actions (advantage)
- Strong understanding of core computer science concepts (advantage)
- Knowledge of UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers (advantage)
- A DevOps mindset and familiarity with infrastructure tooling (advantage)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows (advantage)
- Hands on experience with AI-powered engineering tools (advantage)
