Report directly to the Global Head of Treasury and work within Global Treasury (Accounts Payable, Payroll, Treasury)
Support the end-to-end payroll process and assist in managing third-party payroll relationships globally
Support the employee expense reimbursement process, including processing expense reports and ensuring adherence to policy, data accuracy, and timely payments
Extract data from the expense management platform and create reports
Liaise with third-party payroll vendors and assist with payroll execution in ICEYE’s countries
Obtain payroll data from the HR system, review, validate, and deliver it to third-party payroll vendors
Facilitate approval flow and handle payment processing inquiries and requests
Support the accounts payable team during high volume periods
Support the Global Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a financial operations role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Natural ambition, drive, and strong work ethic
Ability to prioritize effectively and operates with a sense of urgency
Organized and detail-oriented
Clear communication skills and the dexterity to work as part of a team or on an individual basis
Fluent verbal and written English language is necessary
University degree in Finance or related field
