Scale the Missions business by building practical GenAI and workflow automation solutions that deliver measurable impact for teams and customers
Act as builder, enabler and champion: create AI-driven tools and systems and embed know-how across teams to adopt, adapt, and scale solutions independently
Build, test and deploy prototypes and fully deploy GenAI-driven tools to reduce time-to-output across sales, business development, program management, customer deliveries and support
Implement AI-enabled knowledge-sharing and workflow augmentation systems (Google Suite, Slack, Confluence, prompt libraries, etc.) to help teams self-serve and accelerate daily tasks
Coach and enable teams through demos, playbooks and ongoing support to embed “teach to fish” practices
Drive adoption targets (aim for >80% adoption and satisfaction score of Missions team members within 6 months) and provide feedback to ICEYE GenAI infrastructure and tooling
Continuously scout, test, and deploy best-in-class GenAI solutions (commercial, open-source, and custom) and scale successful ones into the operating model
Report to Chief of Staff, Missions Line of Business and collaborate across Strategy and Operations and product teams
Requirements
GenAI fluency: Hands-on expertise in GenAI tooling and concepts with sufficient coding skills (LLMs, agent frameworks, vector databases, scripting, low-code/no-code platforms and integrations)
Proven track record in designing and deploying GenAI tools and concepts in real-life workflows
Change leadership: Ability to drive adoption by partnering with teams and enabling others to sustain usage
Strategic execution: Skilled in prioritizing, prototyping fast, and scaling initiatives; strong business acumen
Security awareness: Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in deploying AI/automation in sensitive contexts
Intellectual firepower: Rapidly comprehend, structure and synthesize complex information and communicate clearly
