About the role
- Support cross-functional engineering teams with clear accountability and proactive risk management.
- Drive planning, decision-making, and D2B process adoption.
- Coordinate subsystem owners and assigned engineers for key satellite design efforts.
- Manage project timelines and resource allocations while resolving issues directly.
- Facilitate technical decision-making by assembling the right experts for problem resolution.
- Ensure consistent quality across project leaders and subsystem owners.
Requirements
- Technical Acumen: Able to understand the technical requirements and complexity of the project and dissect what the main bottlenecks and challenges would be.
- Hands-on Experience: Possess hands-on experience and knows how long things take because you have done them or worked closely with stakeholders.
