About the role
- Ensure accuracy in your work while delivering on your deadlines
- Focus on accurate calculation, analysis, accrual, and payment of sales commissions
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Audit
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales commissions, finance, or sales operations
- Strong understanding of commission structures and incentive compensation
- Experience preparing accruals and supporting month-end close
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 as it relates to sales commissions
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with commission systems (SAP Commissions)
- SaaS or subscription-based business experience
