About the role

  • Gain hands-on experience across the full B2B event lifecycle — from strategy and logistics to technology and analytics.
  • Collaborate with a global team to help bring world-class events to life across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Explore AI tools that make our event processes smarter and more efficient.
  • Present your work and key learnings to members of the Icertis executive team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field, or up to one year post graduation
  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and automation — eagerness to experiment and build
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & PowerPoint
  • Work duration: Available 40 hours per week during summer that runs from May/June-August
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude
