About the role

  • Act as the day-to-day client contact for assigned projects, working under direction of an Engagement Lead or Program Manager to manage scope, deliverables, and progress tracking.
  • Facilitate business discussions between client stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, etc.) and internal delivery teams to align business objectives with Icertis solutions.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, document business processes, capture user journeys, and translate them into functional and integration specifications.
  • Support creation of business use cases for Icertis platform and Vera AI apps across contract authoring, negotiation, approval, and obligation management.
  • Collaborate with architects and configuration teams to ensure solution fit, validation, and change management alignment.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities including requirement sign-off, tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and logging issues or risks.
  • Leverage practical experience with Gen AI tools (such as OpenAI, Copilot, or similar productivity assistants) to guide clients on realistic use cases in contract review, summarization, and workflow automation.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 4–6 years in business analysis or project delivery roles for enterprise SaaS or business transformation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with or strong exposure to CLM, Procurement, or S2P/O2C domains. Experience with Icertis, SAP Ariba, SAP, or Salesforce ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven SaaS solutions and comfort explaining Gen AI adoption scenarios to business users and IT teams.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and collaboration with Legal, Procurement, or Commercial teams.
  • Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities; able to work across multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related discipline; advanced degree or certification (CBAP, PMP, Agile) preferred.
