About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and improve processes, definitions, workflows
Assist in gathering requirements, building analytical models and/or reports
Provide structure to processes
Collaborate with various departments throughout the organization
Perform monthly refreshes for recurring dashboards/reports
Support quarterly vendor data uploads into internal database for Finance
Create follow-up reporting and building ‘next action’ process
Identify opportunities to utilize data-driven insights to optimize business performance
Continuously monitor data inputs from various data sources

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-2 years working with data
Bachelor's degree required (Data Analysts, Accounting, Finance preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft suite of products to include Outlook, Excel
Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau is preferred
Datarails, Adaptive, Oracle Hyperion knowledge is a plus
Microsoft SQL knowledge is a plus
Financial Analysis experience is a plus
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, strong decision-making ability, and excellent attention to detail
Well organized, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
