About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
  • Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of relevant experience, including internships or related roles
  • Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
  • Preferred: experience in childcare, education, or related fields
  • Preferred: experience working with children or adolescents
  • Preferred: prior exposure to ABA services
  • BT: complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks and pass the RBT exam within 45 days
  • RBT: active certification in good standing
  • Training availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
