About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
6+ months of relevant experience, including internships or related roles
Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
Preferred: experience in childcare, education, or related fields
Preferred: experience working with children or adolescents
Preferred: prior exposure to ABA services
BT: complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks and pass the RBT exam within 45 days
RBT: active certification in good standing
Training availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
