About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage referral relationships throughout an assigned Massachusetts territory.
- Represent GateHouse Treatment with hospitals, treatment providers, medical practices, behavioral health organizations, community agencies, and other referral partners.
- Conduct outreach meetings, networking visits, educational presentations, and community events.
- Promote GateHouse's full continuum of care and unique clinical programming.
- Collaborate closely with Admissions to support prospective clients and referral sources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities and referral communications.
- Meet established outreach and engagement goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Marketing, Human Services, or related field preferred).
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout Massachusetts.
