About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage referral relationships throughout an assigned Massachusetts territory.
  • Represent GateHouse Treatment with hospitals, treatment providers, medical practices, behavioral health organizations, community agencies, and other referral partners.
  • Conduct outreach meetings, networking visits, educational presentations, and community events.
  • Promote GateHouse's full continuum of care and unique clinical programming.
  • Collaborate closely with Admissions to support prospective clients and referral sources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities and referral communications.
  • Meet established outreach and engagement goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Marketing, Human Services, or related field preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel throughout Massachusetts.
