About the role

  • **What You’ll Do**
  • - Assist in the supervision of 6-7 behavior analysts under the supervision of the Clinical Director
  • - Oversee skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs developed by BCBAs
  • - Assist with parent training and completion of assessments
  • - Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • - Conduct assessments (e.g., preference assessment, staff performance assessment, functional analysis, etc.)
  • - Maintain a reduced caseload of 4-5 clients
  • - Review, analyze, and provide support and feedback to behavior analysts regarding treatment plans before final submission to Clinical Director

Requirements

  • **Requirements**
  • - BCBA certification
  • - 4+ years of experience in the field supervising others
  • - Experience training staff
  • - Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
