Manager

• Serve as a bridge between regional educational entities and ABA Centers of America to integrate ABA therapy in schools
• Work with school systems to allow ABA therapists in the classroom with clients
• Report to the Vice President of Stakeholder and School Outreach
• Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with regional school departments, districts, and other stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for schools and educational organizations within the designated region
• Foster open lines of communication between schools, districts, families, and stakeholders
• Identify and coordinate company resources and services available to schools and educational institutions within the region
• Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders, school leadership, and statewide administrators to achieve service agreements
• Advocate for the needs of autistic students and provide support and guidance to schools to implement best practices
• Support improvements in educational, social, and behavioral outcomes for students served
• Travel within the designated region as needed
