About the role

  • **About the Role **
  • Our Division Clinical Director is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of clinical quality across ABA Centers in their division. The Division Clinical Director works to ensure that each location meets the clinical and operational KPIs that the organization has established.

Requirements

  • **Qualifications **
  • The Division Clinical Director requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis:
  • - BCBA Certification.
  • - 5 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred).
  • - Successfully pass a drug and background screenings.
  • - Willingness to Sign Company NDA, include revisions thereafter.
  • - Ability to travel 25-50% of the time between clinics to ensure clinical excellence and contiguity of service delivery across region.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • - Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • - Ability to provide effective guidance and leadership to diverse groups of individuals.
